The space we booked had a separate bedroom with a huge comfy bed, a kitchen with cooking utensils, pots, fridge, stove, microwave. The bathroom had a bathtub, lots of light and lots of space. Everything was spotless clean! The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, we had our flight canceled early in the morning of checkout, so they simply took us back from the airport to our room and allowed us to stay there until late checkout.

The hotel was very clean overall and the Jacuzzi suite was a great first experience for us. Staff was very helpful the few times we needed something and the 24 hour Denny's is definitely a huge plus.

This is my second time at this hotel. The 1st time was much better because the suite was exactly what I booked for: 1 king bed suite. I like the bathroom with a proper shower stall, the balcony, cozy bedroom nook, roomy sitting/living section. and brightness from sliding door open to balcony. The 2nd time was a bit disappointed because even though I booked 1 king bed suite; I was given 2 queen bed suite ( don't like that) No balcony. I hate the shower curtain and bathtub. The shower curtain was in bad condition - thumb down. But since I stayed only 1 night so I didn't demand a suite as booked. 2nd time was a bit disappointed. I will give this hotel a second chance.

There was so much to like about this hotel! I only stayed one night prior to flying out of YYZ, but given the room had a separate sitting area and kitchenette with full fridge/freezer, microwave, sink etc. this would be a great place for a couple or family to spend a few nights. The hottub was bigger than most hotels and the salt water pool and deck was very clean and bright. Staff were delightful. Shuttle to airport was quick. I appreciated the 12pm check out. Location - easy to get to from 401. Lots of restaurants within walking distance, including Denny's downstairs and McDonald's right across the road. 10-15 minutes from the airport.

I got wrong information from booking website about the bed number in the room and I had to fix the problem when I arrived at the hotel. The reception desk could not help at all. The only good thing was the receptionist at the time of check out she discounted 40 Canadian dollars from the all amount because the room needs a lot of problems.

Bed was so comfortable. It was great to leave our car there for almost two weeks and use the shuttle to and from the airport. Shutttle pickup was prompt and driver was friendly and helpful.

the lobby of the hotel has been beautifully designed and renovated, very inviting. the rooms were also renovated and clean. It was nice to have extra towels in the room.

Room very spacious, clean and comfortable. Close to airport with free shuttle service (not a great location for Toronto city though). Plenty of on site parking available. Nice Lounge Bar open in evening with good food and reasonable pricing, plus Denny's restaurant for breakfast and fast food (expensive).
